Center 50+ Reopening survey

Our Center 50+ patrons, volunteers, and staff's health and safety are our top priorities. It is important that you feel Center 50+ is a  safe place to visit. When the Center is allowed to re-open we will be following all recommended guidelines provided by the Oregon Health Authority and Marion County Health Department.  In order to meet your expectations, we are asking you to help by completing a short questionnaire. These answers will assist us in our final planning stage to open. Please note that we do not have a set opening date. But we  know that a successful opening is reliant upon proper planning.
